Perfect spot for a family get-together!

Had an amazing time celebrating my grandad's 70th! The Brie parcels were so yummy, and my steak was cooked perfectly—seriously delish! The staff, especially Demelza and Holly, made our dinner super special. The only thing was that the place was pretty busy, so defo book ahead if you can. Really loved the cozy bar area too!

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited a local beach and hiked nearby trails. The staff was super friendly, especially when sorting out our room situation. The breakfast was great and served early for our adventures. A fantastic value overall!

Unfortunately, one friend had a disappointing experience with their carvery meal. The beef was inedible, which was a letdown after all the good things we heard about it.

this place was really good! huge parking right in front and easy to find. There's a supermarket next door. the restaurant has lots of yummy food at great prices, and the english breakfast was just perfect. staff was super friendly and always ready to help, really made us feel welcomed. our room was clean and cozy, we loved it!

the pillows had a weird smell and the stairs to the rooms behind the kitchen weren't super inviting. also, the toilet seat in our room could have been cleaner.

Located above a pub, noise was a significant issue, making it hard to relax, especially with the breakfast staff frequently interrupting the meal. This visit did not meet expectations compared to previous accommodations.

The entrance to the rooms involves a fire escape route past the kitchen, which isn't ideal with mobility issues. During the day, noise from the pub below can be a distraction, especially for families. I found that the single-glazed windows offered little insulation from the sounds. The bathroom could use an update, and while breakfast includes a basic selection, it doesn't offer much variety—it's definitely not a gourmet experience. being above a kitchen, having the window open during the day may be less than pleasant due to cooking smells.
